About the event
The crediting of CO2 storage in wood is done indirectly at the national level through the inclusion of wood-based materials produced in Switzerland in the national greenhouse gas inventory. International standards for the voluntary market will allow, in the future, the CO2 stored in timber construction to be valued at the project level as well.
We would like to explore and discuss in depth on May 14, 2024 , what incentives and possible developments exist for timber construction and what contribution the Innosuisse Flagship Project DeCIRRA will make to these issues.
